I heard kite assosiations of many countries prohibit line cut games, focus on line touch games.Korean fighters amuse line cut games with injury insurances including passers by's. In my thought,maximum thread pulling or winding speed of naked hand and Korean reel are almost same 2 ~ 3(m/s).In many international line cut games, Korean fighter's results have been much better than naked hand lozenge kites.I think it shows Korean Bangpae satisfies the minimum needs as a fighter kite, LOL.In my opinion, winding speed limitaion to amuse line cut games under comparatively safe environment is 3(m/s).The fastest reel in the world is that of mechanic bearing installed Honkong that reaches 200(m/s). The result between two countries had been usually Korean's win till around 30(m/s) Hongkong reel.After it exceeded 50(m/s) with more forceful bearing the results have been reversed.
